At Danabeautyshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed Return Authorization form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
